Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered you can return within 14 days of the delivery date. Any unconfirmed return that arrives after the fourteen day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Garments are shipped in THAT STUDIO signature packaging, all products must be returned in the same packaging including the fabric bag with tag still attached. If you return your order without the fabric bag, we are unable to process a refund.

 
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN: EUROPEAN UNION

  1. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original shipping box, with all tags attached.
  1. Make sure that the packing slip is included in the package. Without the packing slip, we will not be able to process the return.
  1. Close securely.
  1. Please download the return form here.
  1. Please send your return form, filled out completely, to customercare@thatstudioshop.com.
  1. Follow the steps and instructions provided by our customer service specialist.
  1. A return handling fee of €10 / £10 will be deducted from your refund Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Please note that THAT STUDIO has a 14 days return policy: after 14 days it is not possible to return. Unregistered returns can not be accepted.

  • Made to order pieces are non-returnable.
  • Please make sure that the packing slip is included in the package. Without the packing slip, we will not be able to process your return.
  • Please take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused, and undamaged condition, with the tag and seal still attached.
  • If items with sealed packaging are returned and not in a re-sellable condition with the tag and seal still attached, the return will not be accepted.
  • To track your return, save the tracking number on the shipping label.
  • Once your order arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.

  • Sales outside with the code FINAL10 are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
